Authors of submissions who would like to have their papers published in The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences (“Archives”) are obliged to follow the ISPRS guidelines for publishing. The GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS PREPARING MANUSCRIPTS FOR ISPRS SPONSORED MEETINGS are described in Appendix 5 of the Orange book.
Submissions for the Workshop are to be sent in two steps:
- Abstract: the first step is the submission of an abstract that will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Please refer to Abstract submission on the website where you can find the correct abstract template. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is the 8 September 2025.
- Final paper (optional): the second step is the submission of the final paper for publication. The final paper is to be sent after the reviewed abstracts have taken into account the comments and recommendations of the reviewers. The deadline for the submission of final papers will be the 19 January 2026. The review process is described in Appendix 4 of the Orange Book. Only full papers are published in the Archives. The Archives are listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, the E/I Compendex, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The publication cost for papers submitted by EARSeL members will be covered by the EARSeL association. The publication cost for non-members is EUR 13,50 per paper.
